Lloyds LImited began I began my company in 1975 with a great love of nature and a desire to create only the very best marine life and wildlife jewelry. Now my company consists of a select group of extremely well–trained and creative jewelers. Back then, there were very few jewelers creating marine life and wildlife pieces. While they are abundant today, most seem to show very little understanding or love of the animals they are trying to depict. I feel that when you select a piece of jewelry for yourself or as a gift for someone special, it should be the very best, something you will cherish with pride for years. |

Limited is considered the finest Marine Life & Wildlife Jeweler After 25 years of creating marine and wildlife designs, it is no surprise to me that my ever–growing collection is still considered the finest. Never have I sold a creation of which I was not totally proud. From the first–ever gold whale tails to my latest dolphin, I have always prided myself in offering you the most highly–detailed and finely–finished pieces of jewelry available. After you inspect the fine artistry of my designs on this site, I am sure you will agree that they are outstanding. We started out as Mauna Loa Jewelers Back in the seventies when I started designing my collection I had named my business “Mauna Loa Jewelers.” I was living on the slopes of Mauna Loa a sometimes-active volcano in Hawaii and the name just seemed right. It was several years before I started to offer my collection outside of the state of Hawaii, but when I did I realized that people were having a hard time pronouncing and remembering my company name. I solved that by renaming the it first “Evan Lloyd Designs” and then simply “Lloyds Limited.” Each piece bears the “MLJ” Trademark Every piece I create comes with an “MLJ” trademark. You will also notice that every design carries a © inside it. That is the official notification that the design is copyrighted and cannot be reproduced without my written permission. Jewelry is the “Gift of Love.” Jewelry is a reflection of the designer and the person who wears it as well as the person who gives it as a gift. No one really needs it; we wear it to show who we are and what we love. We wear it to honor our hobbies and the societies and organization we support, as would members of Naui and Pandi, the two leading diver certification organizations. We wear it to honor a special event. When Joshua Slocum was the first person to ever sail around the world by himself, I made a gold copy of his beloved ship, “Spray,” to honor that remarkable feat. I love what I create and hope that you will, also. Jewelry is truly a gift of love. One–week inspection period and lifetime guaranty With every purchase, I offer a one–week inspection period. If, for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, or simply return it to me for a full refund. I guaranty my designs to be free from any manufacture's defects for life. (I guess that means my life.) Also, should yours ever need repair or just a good polishing, simply return it to me and I will, at no charge, refurbish it to as close to new as possible. All designs in 14k Yellow or White Gold All designs shown are in 14k yellow gold, however most can be ordered in 14k white gold, or 18k yellow gold. All prices shown are for 14k yellow gold, although the price for 14k white gold is the same. In most cases, the items you order will be shipped within (5 to 6) working days of receipt of your order. Yes, we will be making your order just for you. Please let us know what ring size you need when placing your ring orders. You can see our designs in person I do work with some very fine jewelry stores and elegant galleries in various parts of the world.
